Deer ahoy!
The boys and I had an exciting breakfast time as we watched a sizeable roe deer dive into the river opposite and then swim up into the weir stream. It swam back past Lobelia and even rewarded us with a stare and a shake of its antlers.

163 tons, 39m long, 5.06m wide, converted Belgianspitz barge.
Built in 1962 in Willebroek, Belgium. Carried 350 tons of various cargo until taken out of service in 2003.
Mercedes V10 engine 350hp, 70hp bowthruster, twin rudders.
Converted by current owners.
